Terms of Service

Effective 1 September 2026

These terms apply when you use davidfonje.com or buy or access a David Fonje book, course, Masterclass, Community membership or related service. By placing an order or creating protected access, you agree to these terms.

Operator

The services are operated by David Fonje in Douala, Cameroon. Questions may be sent to privacy@davidfonje.com.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the stated currency. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified or a manual payment is approved. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may reject or cancel an order affected by obvious pricing error, fraud, illegality or technical duplication and will return any amount properly due.

Digital access and courses

Course access is personal to the verified buyer or authorised learner. Do not share login links, sessions, videos, downloads or credentials. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the relevant course is offered and maintained by David Fonje; it is not a guarantee that every platform, feature or lesson will remain unchanged forever. Content may be updated or reorganised without reducing the essential purchased value.

Books and physical delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for giving a reachable phone number and accurate address. Risk of delay caused by incorrect details or an unavailable recipient may remain with the customer. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items promptly with reasonable evidence.

Masterclasses

An interest registration is not a ticket, booking or promise that an event will occur. Event dates, venues, speakers and formats may change. Paid event-specific terms shown at checkout will also apply.

Community and Partner Program

The Community Terms and Partner Terms apply in addition to these terms. Where they conflict on a programme-specific issue, the programme terms control.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, probe or bypass security, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape protected content, interfere with other users, or use purchased material in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, books, videos, course materials, templates, brands and programme content belong to David Fonje or the relevant licensor. Your purchase grants personal use only and does not transfer ownership or permission to copy, resell, teach, publish or redistribute the material.

Business and educational disclaimer

Content is educational and does not guarantee revenue, customers, employment, investment results or any particular business outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions, implementation, taxes, licences and professional advice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, David Fonje is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by events outside reasonable control, or decisions made solely from educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending access

Access may be suspended or ended for non-payment, fraud, serious or repeated rule breaches, security risk or unlawful conduct. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Any mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in force when you place an order governs that order, except where a legal or security change must apply sooner.
