Community Terms
Effective 1 September 2026
The David Fonje Community is a private professional space for eligible members who have read The Customer Engine, attended a David Fonje Masterclass or taken a David Fonje course. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service.
Eligibility and membership
Eligibility must be verified. You must provide accurate information and may be asked for reasonable proof. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared. Monthly access lasts 30 days and annual access lasts 365 days. Membership does not renew automatically; continued access requires a new payment.
Member conduct
- Be respectful, honest and constructive.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam or deliberately mislead.
- Do not publish another person's private information without authority.
- Do not promote unlawful products, deceptive schemes or unsafe financial promises.
- Keep private Community discussions and resources confidential unless the owner clearly permits sharing.
- Disclose relevant commercial interests when recommending your own product or service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. By posting, you give David Fonje a non-exclusive permission to host, display and technically process it for Community operation and moderation. You confirm that you have the right to post it. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security and conversation-integrity needs.
Opportunities and member dealings
Member posts, offers and opportunities are not automatically endorsed or verified by David Fonje. Perform your own checks before paying, hiring, partnering or sharing sensitive information. Transactions between members are their responsibility unless David Fonje is expressly the seller.
Moderation
Content may be limited or removed, and access may be warned, suspended or ended, where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, address a complaint or meet legal duties. Serious safety, fraud or abuse concerns may result in immediate action.
Refunds and ending membership
The Refund Policy applies. Leaving early does not normally create a partial refund after the applicable refund period. Ending membership does not erase lawful accounting, security or moderation records immediately.
Privacy
Profiles, posts and comments may be visible to other active members. Do not post information you do not want members to see. The Privacy Policy explains processing and rights requests.
Report a concern
Report privacy, safety or rule concerns to privacy@davidfonje.com with enough detail for review.
