Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the David Fonje Partner Program and supplement the general Terms of Service. Applying does not guarantee approval.

Approval and relationship

Partners are independent promoters, not employees, agents, franchisees or legal representatives of David Fonje. You cannot make commitments on behalf of David Fonje. Approval may be accepted, declined, suspended or ended based on programme fit, compliance, fraud risk or business needs.

Eligible attribution

A commission is considered only for eligible products and an order successfully attributed to your valid partner code or tracking link under the programme's current rules. Clicks, abandoned checkouts, failed payments, refunded orders, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, self-referrals and fraudulent or manipulated referrals do not earn commission.

Commission lifecycle

Dashboard amounts may move through pending, eligible, approved, requested and paid states. A pending or displayed amount is not a debt due until the underlying payment and attribution are verified and the commission is approved. Commission rates, eligible products and validation periods shown in the programme may be updated prospectively.

Payouts

You must provide accurate payout information in your own name or under your lawful control. Supported methods may include MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or an approved cryptocurrency route. You are responsible for network, provider, currency-conversion and tax consequences that apply to you. “Mark as paid” records an externally completed payout; it does not itself initiate an automatic transfer.

Promotion rules

• Disclose clearly that you may earn a commission.
• Use truthful, current product and price information.
• Do not make income guarantees, false scarcity claims or misleading endorsements.
• Do not use spam, impersonation, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, unauthorised discounts or misleading domains.
• Do not refer yourself or coordinate artificial purchases.
• Respect privacy, anti-spam, advertising and consumer-protection law in every market you target.

Returns, disputes and adjustments

Commission may be reversed or offset where the related order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, duplicated or later found ineligible. We may hold a disputed amount while investigating, and may request reasonable referral evidence.

Ending participation

Either party may end participation. Unpaid commission remains subject to final validation, refund and fraud checks. Serious breach may result in forfeiture of amounts connected to unlawful or fraudulent conduct, where permitted by law.

Taxes and records

You are responsible for your own registrations, declarations and taxes. We may request identification or payment documentation needed for lawful accounting, fraud prevention or payout processing.
